1️⃣ Check Your Shoe Size

The supplier lists compatibility for shoe sizes 35–44. Sole shape and footwear bulk can also affect fit.

2️⃣ Hook Over The Toe

Position the front section around the toe of your footwear.

3️⃣ Stretch Around The Heel

Pull the flexible rear section around the heel until the frame sits evenly.

4️⃣ Check Spike Position

Confirm that the cleat is not twisted and the metal contact points sit correctly beneath the sole.
